Q. How do I know if my name is on the official volunteer registration list?
A.Newly registered volunteers will be added to this list every Friday. This list can be accessed on an ongoing basis by any volunteer who would like to confirm their registration by clicking on the volunteer tab on our website: www.sandiego.salvationarmy.org. We are sorry, but due to the number of volunteers participating in this event, calls to confirm registration may not be returned.
Q. When and where do I show up?
A. Golden Hall 202 C St.
San Diego, CA 92101
Christmas Day, December 25
Directions to Golden Hall will be included on your door pass. There is a parking structure attached to Golden Hall, accessible by a ramp on 2nd Ave. Volunteers may park in the structure for free.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. A DOOR PASS YOU AND EACH MEMBER OF YOUR GROUP. As the number of volunteer spaces are limited for this event, VOLUNTEERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT A DOOR PASS TO ENTER AS A VOLUNTEER ON THIS DATE. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. DOOR PASSES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DAY OF THE EVENT WILL BE EMAILED TO VOLUNTEERS THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 4, 2017. For group volunteer registrations, door passes for all group members will be emailed to the primary contact person.
Q. What do I need to wear?
A.Please wear black pants and a white shirt, so you look official!
